  People have always told me my voice was extremely professional sounding and confident. I have no actual experience in this field but I am very keen to learn if given the chance. I use my voice daily as a sales adviser and I'm sure it has helped to promote trust in people and made them feel ulitimately relaxed. I am a very confident, personable individual who thrives on customer contact and being busy. I am ambitious and despite the fact working full-time I have just completed a HNC in Business & Marketing at Newport University which I attended two evenings a week. Alongside this course I also started towards a Bsc in Business & Marketing which I am due to complete in 2007.
