I trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in the UK with Hamish Wilson. I like ongoing training, and feel that lot of my chops come from constant practice on the job. I am a full time VO artist. Recent work in the USA where Mary Jane resides was for the following clients; Microgenius, Bank of America, Claritas for Futurebrand who branded the Olympics, Tech-crunch, Jaguar, Emagine - and Dettol, Forest of Dean, City University London, Shade Station TV commercials in the UK and a mediation CD. I work with voicestudiointernational.com as an associate throughout the year, as it is such a central part of what makes a free, creative and inspired human being, never mind what it does for me as a voiceover artist and actor. I also am working on a research paper with the Centre for Voice in Performance, for the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in the UK. I attend workshops with Candi Milo, Elaine Craig, Martha Mayakis, Carole day Kimble, and regularly workout at garden of sound, LA. I have my own studio at home, access to ISDN and phone patch and coach other Vo artists who are starting out - so can refer on to other female and male VO artists if you are looking for more voices. I am a fully qualified, certified and licensed massage therapist and bodyworker. I like outdoor sports such as skiiing, horse riding and gentle hiking, and I am passionate about good food and good living.
