About Mary
(she/her)Hi! I'm a lifelong storyteller with 50+ years (and counting) as an acclaimed stage actor and singer. I love diving into the script. I want to engage the audience and have them join the adventure from curtain up to the final bows.
My start in voiceover was unique - when I was an eLearning designer, a professional voice actor narrated the courses, but then the budget evaporated. Courses went mute and students hated them! I thought, "I'm an actor, I have a smartphone & editing software...I can solve this problem!" I began recording voiceovers for my courses, students were much happier, colleagues asked me to voice their courses, and I found another career. I'm highly trained, have a fully certified home studio, and years of experience. The broadcast-quality files I produce meet all industry standards.
I love telling any kind of story..."Once upon a time...", "Insert tab A into slot B", audiobooks, inspirational pieces, commercials, eLearning, theatrical promos, and using character voices and accents. I look forward to helping tell your story!
