Elvis Presley (speaking not singing), John Cleese, Cheech and Chong, Surfer/headbanger, hippie, over the top villains, announcer and narrators, both deep and serious and frivolous and Indian accents

I have never worked as a voice actor or in voice overs. I have, however, been to many workshops sponsored by WIA (Women in Animation) and am currently taking voiceover classes from M.J. Lallo. I am currently in M.J. Lallo's intermediate voice over class. In the beginning class, I learned about consistency in character voice, how to take direction and to read copy clearly as well as how to make it interesting and engaging to the listener. I have also learned to not be afraid to play big when need be, and to speak clearly and tighten up my presentation. I have no studio at this time. I do, however, have Audacity 1.3 installed on my compuer and a headset microphone. At my class, we use Pro Tools.
