About Marni
Bright, delicate, joyful, conversational, intimate, warm, sexy, fun, cute, informational, clear, smooth and professional. Noted for storytelling quality, soft and delicate; also, strong, hint of laughter, a straight announcer/narrator/audio books. My voice has a sincerity listeners appreciate--and just ask for lots of dimple, and I can do that, too. Food and image spots sound great/delicious. I do warm, sexy, smooth, as well as corporate sounds or girl-and-mom-next-door voices. I'm an acclaimed actress who can deliver real conversation "really well" and a whole roster of character voices and dialects for real or animation. Some of these include: southern, French, English ("posh" and "cockney"), Australian, Irish, Scottish, Japanese, Hawaiian pidgin (I grew up in Hawai'i), children's voices, seniors and more...When it comes to phone/mail messages, I'm tops and oft-requested. I'm the phone voice of a national bank, several hospitals, an Amtrak facility, and others. I'm particularly good at making tech reads make sense--and listenable.
