I have worked with and been responsible for marketing and advertising functions for several companies with which I have been associated. I have developed and delivered business presentations on a variety of topics at professional conferences as well as within company settings.
I have developed and delivered both on-site and online business training programs for a New York area business conference and trainng company with programs that are delivered globally. My voice talent has been the key to my success in communication and marketing efforts.
I have voice training and instruction from Such A Voice, a V/O firm located in Vermont which has a team of experienced and successful voice talent from whom to learn and develop. This includes my completion of the SAV Master Class Program as well as my ongoing participation in their twice-monthly V/O Teleconference Series.
I have also read and studied numerous publications related to VO business and technique. This includes The Art of Voice Acting (James Alburger), Voice Actor's Guide to Recording at Home (Harlan Hogan & Jeff Fisher), and Tales & Techniques of a Voice-Over Actor (Harlan Hogan).
I am an alumnus of Southern Illinois University (Edwardsville), Washington University (St. Louis), Boston College, and Bentley University. I hold degrees in Economics, Finance, and Accounting.

I have been responsible for market research and customer research to develop an understanding of customer behavior; and I have copy tested advertsing, conducted concept tests, and served as a focus group facilitator in a consumer products and hospitality industry setting.
I have been responsible for facilitating strategic planning sessions with senior management and boards of directors, and have developed presentations and speeches for use at analysts meetings as well as shareholder meetings.
I have worked as an instructor in both live class room environment and on-line e-learning environment. This has been the case for both corporate and academic engagements. I have done a great deal of management training in topics related to planning, forecasting, marketing, and business process design. I have done numerous webinars on various business topics.
