I have done 3 on-air talent and as well as voiceover commericals for clients including Nextel, Blockbuster, Little Debbie, and others. I have worked with Joe Pykta.
My voice was discovered while working at a Macy's department store, by the wife of a guy who worked at Warner Bros. and cast me in the cartoon, Birdbrain, due out next year.
Though I get cast much for using my own natural voice, I grew up doing professional theatre for the Denver Repertoire. Since moving to Los Angeles, have booked numerous television commercials, a film on the sci-fi channel, and a recent Kelly Clarkson music video. I have studied voiceover with Rick Zieff, one of the best.
I live in the heart of Burbank and Hollywood, home to lots of local studios and places where I can record and deliver voice work for a buck a minute. So, I guess I don't really need a home studio, do I?
