When she was a trainer in quality assurance for the biotech industry, she engaged her trainees by speaking clearly and with versatility. As a project manager, she developed a professional and trustworthy persona when facilitating team meetings or presenting to stakeholders. Based on these experiences, it was a natural for Marissa to voice e-Learning modules.
