I am a voice over artist as well as a recording engineer at a professional studio in Hollywood, and I have a unique perspective working on both sides of the glass. My full-time engineering gig involves listening to both voiceover talent and directors, which greatly informs and hones my performance. I often receive compliments from industry professionals about the nature of my voice, and that encouraged me to experience the world of voice acting.
I received a degree in Cinema-Television production from the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California, and I have taken several voiceover classes from experienced engineers and professional actors who work out of my studio. I have been hired to voice many freelance projects, and I specialize in explainer videos.
My engineering skills and access to a studio with top-of-the-line gear and insulated booths will ensure a professional recording quality that is unmatched by other talent with recording gear in their home. I prefer utilizing Sennheiser 416 and U87 microphones with Millenia, GML, or Jensen preamps. Remote connections are readily available via Prima and APT ISDN boxes, Source-Connect, Audio TX, phone patch, and Skype systems.
