Mandy Biggs-Blagdon is a voice over artist based in Chester County, PA, actively working as a voice actor since 2020. Listen to more than 25 voice over samples showcasing some of her best work. Smooth, likable, relatable, easy to listen to — that's the kind of feedback I hear most often, and I think it comes down to where the voice was built. Growing up in America with a British dad and an Irish mum gave me an ear tuned to more than one place at once, and it still shapes the way I sound, in ways clients notice even when they can't quite name it. I grew up on stage, in theater and musical theater, and I've never lost the love of a good laugh or a good story well told. I'm a real person first — with a real life's worth of material to draw from — and that's what makes the stories I tell feel true rather than performed. If you're after the vibe of Judi Dench, Julie Andrews, Helen Mirren, Emma Thompson, Vanessa Redgrave, Glenn Close, Sigourney Weaver, Frances McDormand, or Diane Keaton — warm, capable, a little wry, always real — that's the register I work in. Soon, I'll be trading Chester County for the wild, windswept west coast of Ireland — closing a loop that's been open my whole life. My mother's roots run deep there, and I've always felt them humming somewhere under the surface of my voice, waiting. There's a kind of magic in going to live where a story already started before you did. I imagine the Atlantic air, the stone walls, the old songs still sung in the pubs — it all becomes part of the voice too, eventually.       Various accents including Bristish, Irish (I was born in England to a British Dad and Irish Mum), as well as general character voices and mimicry of people and noises. If I hear an accent or a sound, I can usually imitate it! I have done years of theater and musical theater, and studied theatre in London, England. I can also imitate a trumpet, a cricket and a helicopter - strange and unusual, I know!
