I’m Mahlape Khaketla, a Lesotho-based voice artist fluent in English and Sesotho, with more than five years of voluntary voice-over and singing experience.
My experience includes working under musical direction, adapting my delivery, and refining performances through feedback. I enjoy bringing warmth, expression, and personality to a script, from conversational narration to humorous character performances. My English carries a Southern African accent influenced by my native Sesotho.
I hold a BSc in Biotechnology and have professional experience in laboratory services, diagnostics, public health, and medicines regulation. This background helps me understand scientific and medical terminology, making these areas a particular interest for narration.
I record using a USB microphone and Audacity. You can expect careful preparation, clear communication, and an openness to direction. Delivery schedules and live directed sessions can be agreed according to your project’s needs.
