Lynne Ennis

I am an experienced stage actor and director, with over fifty productions on my resume. I began training in voice work in the late nineties and I am happy to now be a full-time voiceover actor. My past professional experience includes commercials for radio and television, eLearning, video games, audiobooks, training videos, website narration and animation. My audiobooks have been very positively reviewed and sold well. I have studied with Nancy Wolfson (commercials), Laurel van der Linde (commercials, audiobooks), Michael D. Cohen (animation and acting), Kevin Delaney (animation), Jonathan Tilley (social media marketing), Anna Garduno (commercials, animation, narration) Stacy Edwards, David Nelson and Douglas Buckhout (acting) and Eliza Jane Schneider (accents), Paul Hungerford (improvisation and on camera commercials) and Judy Kain (on camera acting/commercials/marketing). I have attended professional workout groups in the Los Angeles area. I have a Master of Arts degree in Education, with an emphasis in Counseling. This has provided me with the empathy and understanding of human psychology to tweak that extra edge of understanding of a character when performing, both on stage and in the recording booth. My undergraduate study includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Theatre Arts. In addition to my extensive performance experience, I have been an elementary teacher, middle school assistant principal, elementary school principal and district office administrator. I am a transplanted American and the great-granddaughter of native British citizens. I am native to Canada. I am the mother of three.
