I have done a voice over for my church, advertising a Sunday School project which was put on the church's website,SBCofelgin.org; this was done 2 years ago.
I have an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Wayne County Community College in Detroit,MI.; I have a Bachelor of Arts from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.I live in Elgin,IL.,where at my church, Second Baptist Church of Elgin, I participate in a Theater Arts Ministry, working with other ministries to promote the word of God in reciting poetry, or assisting the ministry leader to set up a child-oriented "Sankofa Wax Museum",where children are given 30 seconds to speak to anyone who will listen about someone who is African-American and made history in fields such as science, entertainment, sports, the military, etc.;or participating in a short play or skit, all promoting the word of God.I recently narrated a dance oriented play called "God's Great Dance Floor", a retelling of the prodigal son story of the bible at church in March of this year. I also am co-leader of my church's Hospitality Ministry, the ministry greets people at the door of the church, announces the first time visitors to the church and welcomes them, and gives them basic info about the church, this is done every Sunday morning.

I have 2 part-time jobs-one is a cashier for the Osco side of Jewel-Osco store in elgin at 1040 Summit st.I have worked there for 6 years; recently my voice was used for an in-store commercial, heard over our "PA" system for the first time in late march of this year, advertising 20% off of various wines. the other part-time job is fitting room attendant for T.J. Maxx. These jobs are current-but I have worked different types of customer service jobs in the past 30 years-on the phone jobs as well as face to face customer service jobs. if necessary I can submit a job resume, but I have very little paid experience when it comes to voice over work; I am new at this.
