- Experience, training, and equipmentI speak your language because I specialize in medical narration. My background in healthcare coupled with a confident, clear and compassionate voicing style makes me a logical choice for any medical narration project be it e-learning, commercial, patient information videos or your specific medical voiceover project. Training - I have been fortunate to train with some of the best of the best in this business in both in-person small groups as well as on-line training. I have attended sessions with Sean Pratt and Paul Reuben for audiobooks, medical narration training with J Michael Collins, commercial training with Julie Williams, home studio set-up with Dan Lenard, as well as home studio editing and mastering with George Whittam. I have had my performance technique evaluated by both J Michael Collins and Julie Williams (both gave me a big thumbs up!) and I have had my studio and mic technique professionally assessed by Dan Lenard and George Whittam and passed with flying colours. Equipment - I have a AT4040 mic, Steinberg UR22mkII interface, AKG K240 MKII headphones and an iMac computer in a professional grade home studio.
