Lora Cain has a warm, deep sound with an edge and a smile for voiceovers. Conversational and real. She's great for non-announcer, real person copy and has a wide range of character voices and accents from teen to sexy soldier to evil scientist. Authoritative and believable, she's an excellent voice talent on corporate narrations and internet sales pieces for websites. She can be a Mom on retail sales spots and up and fun for car accounts. Often hired instead of a male voice, Lora Cain cuts through and can be heard on voice overs! Great for announcer reads on educational and training demos, characters, videogames, animation, promos, TV, radio and internet commercials, TV show and movie narrations and trailers, IVR, phone systems and podcasts voiceover work.

Cain credits her background as a writer and actor for her ability to interpret copy and give producers the read they want immediately on voiceover work. A radio, TV and advertising copywriter, she has also been a radio talk show host and TV personality in LA and Dallas as well as stage and screen actor and author. Cain has voiced spots for computers to cars to politicians and can connect through ISDN lines or via phone patch (MP3 files) in her home studio to anywhere in the world. For the right read fast and when you need it. She is a nationally known voice talent, voiceover performer and actor in commercials, corporate videos, films and as the recognized voice for TV and radio stations across America from Washington DC to St. Louis to Seattle, and in Europe and the Far East. She's created voice overs for national companies such as Subaru, Denny's, JC Penney's, American Airlines, MSNBC, CNN, Lee/Wrangler, Jimmy Kimmel Live on ABC and many more. Cain has a versatile sound that is warm, authoritative and friendly. She's the voice of Platinum Weddings on WeTV and on other networks such as HGTV and featured in movies and documentaries. She is often chosen for spots and promos male voices would usually do because she has a stronger sound than many women and can voice hard hitting news series as well as women oriented subjects. Lora Cain Productions is my full time job so I can turn your project around the same day you send it! ISDN (Zephyr), Neumann U87, Adobe Audition Singer, Dancer (Jazz, modern, African, Ballroom, Contact Improvisation, etc.), Unicyclist, Horseback Riding, Rollerskating, DJ, Poet, Storyteller, Swimmer, Swims with Gators (leftover of a Florida childhood), Writer, Actor and many more.
