I started out doing voice overs for student and short films and then started doing narration, beginning with a very unglamorous voice over for the Spearmint Rhino 'keep fit' pole dance' video and then doing a full series for the BBC Natural History Unit designed for children called 'All About Animals'. I was then lucky enough to be asked back several times by different producers at the BBC, who I had worked with, to do voice overs for new projects. I have made several radio adverts as well as voice mail and answer services for Power Plate UK and Site CD training.I have also taken part in several radio plays for the BBC and did voices for some of the chickens in Aardman's 'Chicken run'. I have recently begun doing pod casts for Boosey & Hawlks.
I trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School where I did the three year acting course.
I have easy access to a fully equipped professional studio run by a close family friend.
I work as a professional singer and have a strong alto, mezzo soprano voice. My voice has a pop quality but I have also worked as a jazz singer with gigs at Ronnie Scotts.
