About Laura
I have been doing voices for my stuffed animals when my sisters and I were younger. We would pass the time away and act out certain animals and they all had their own personality. I do a rabbit named Thumper. I have a bit trouble with him at times, he's male and is 8 and a bit sarcastic, a doll named Joann who's 7, sounds like she is from the Bronx of New York and has attitude. ha, ha.
Then there is Venus, who is 5 and has a sweet voice, made fun of by the other stuff animals. I do other voices. Soft gentle female voices that sound innocent. I have kids tell me years later that they always remember me doing the "kids" I called the. Venus was the most popular, but after baby -sitting many kids and having neices of my own, it is a fun time. When the are young, they actually believe they are real, when the get older and realize it's me, they still have a blast with it. I am willing to learn, have people teach me to make my sound different, etc. I am a hard worker and I feel I was born to do this. Make kids laugh, have people sit back and enjoy a good conversation with giggles. We are adults, but there is a little kid inside all of us.

- Experience, training, and equipmentI have much experience since I was a kid and I have been doing it all my life. I like to make people laugh, especially kids. I do it for my friend, family, kids, etc, but I do not know how to break out in the real world of getting my voice out there. I just wish I had a chance. It's amazing what some voices can do. I watch and see how people talk. I use them as voices if I want to see how they sound coming from me. It's hard at times and at times its not. If you hang around someone long enough, you pick up on their words, the way they pronounce it. I love trying to impersonate people I know and just do a 30 second of them if I had a conversation with them, but I really just like making up my own voices.
