Larry Dolan

Back in 1973 I started my work career in Telephone Sales and I found out that Women really liked my voice over the phone. It produced several dates that usually did not work out, but it was interesting. I have no professional experience as a voice over, but I feel that I can find a niche. This is my first and only posting in this arena. I have been a Realtor since 1986. I am 54 Years old. I am a High School Graduate with a Brokers License in Real Estate. I have never failed a test in my life and learn fast. None, but willing to purchase, lease or rent a studio for the right opportunity. I was an excellent Telephone Salesperson for over five years in my younger days and I still use my telephone sales skills to this day in the Real Estate Industry. I look like a police officer and have been told that since my mid 20's. Even now at 54 when I walk into a place I can tell when I make someone nervous, who may have an issue with law enforcement.
