Experience: As a singer, actor, and dancer my voice over work has spanned jingles, puppetry, commercials, and in-house/industrial material. I love it all! I love getting to play with different parts of my vocal range and create characters. I also love language. I studied opera singing for 10 years and got very familiar with French, Italian, and German, so I enjoy working with those languages whenever possible. I know how important range, intonation, dialects, and emphasis are for creating a complete voice over. As someone who has studied languages and elocution I have a lot of experience in properly pronouncing those trickier words.
Training: I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fitchburg State University (MA) in 2007 with an English/Theater major and Music minor. Since then I have studied voice privately with Sally Weissman, Celia Slattery, Michele Henderson, and William Carey. I had language coaching with Elaine Smith Purcell and took a sight-reading class at New England Conservatory. As far as acting I have taken on-camera classes with Tom Logan (NH) and Ken Kreps (WA), as well as private monologue coaching with Aaron Levin (WA). In NYC I took VO classes with Phil Galinsky and Ivan Martinovic. Dialect coaching with Monica Blaze Leavitt and Anna Frankl-Duval
