About Lale
Lale's voice is smooth, warm, confident and professional with a neutral British accent that is versatile from urban through to RP. With over 20 years international experience in radio, corporate & commercial voice work, Lale has been the main voice of FG Radio 93.8 & Lounge FM 96 throughout this time. She has worked on countless commercial and corporate projects, predominantly in English and occasionally in Turkish.
Lale is able to deliver a wide variety of projects and some of her past clients include Turkish Airlines, JP Morgan, Eltek Systems, Statkraft, ETX Capital, Burn Energy Drink. She is equally at ease delivering an authoritative and professional corporate voice, as she is delivering dynamic and engaging commercial work, smooth and attractive radio voice or indeed educational resources, audioguides and audiobooks, with which she is familiar through her background as a teacher. Her voice playing range is 30s, 40s.
Alongside her vocal abilities, Lale's background in teaching and training for many years, as well as her experience in editing, proofreading and translation mean she can easily understand nuances of a script and the clients needs. Lale is easy going and has, on many occasions, been on hand to help with editing copy and translation (between Turkish and English).

- Experience, training, and equipmentFor 20 years I did voiceover as a side profession alongside teaching English and training language teacher. During this time I did radio promo and ident work as well as corporate and e-learning projects. In 2022, I joined Gravy for the Brain and worked through many of their online training modules, set up my home studio, produced my first demo reel. In 2023 I received VO Coaching from Tanya Rich at Richcraft along with the other Vo coaches. I also did various training workshops, e.g. Audition technique with Emily Jardine, Radio Drama with Richcraft, 'Live and Direct' Commercial VO workshop at Maple Street Studios. In 2023 I also took Turkish coaching in diction (with Murat Atil) and voiceover techniques with Goksenin Ucarer (of Seslendirme Teknikler), with whom I also produced my Turkish demo reel.
