About Kobe
(He/Him)Hello and thank you for taking the time to check out my profile.
I want to be as honest and as transparent as possible. As far as experience goes, I am as fresh and new as they come, but I have always had deep interest in this career path(receiving compliments on my speaking voice playing huge role in that). At minimum, I am aiming to gain the necessary skills and experience needed in order to find success in this industry, and at the most, I deeply want to turn this into a new career for myself, becoming a prominent name in the process.
For my background, I'm 27 years old from Columbus, MS, now currently residing in Austin, TX. For the last 6 years, I have been working my way through the food and restaurant industry (a field where being verbal can be just as important as the seasonings you use) and i am now currently employed as a banquet chef and kitchen supervisor at a prominent Texas resort. I must admit that as a naturally more introverted/shy individual, I'm regularly outside of my comfort zone on the occasions that I'm tasked to verbally present a dish to a client or giving instruction and direction to the kitchen staff. All of that to say, I have been known as the quiet one people love to hear talk as long as I can remember.
I'm a huge enjoyer of fiction, whether it's books, comics, manga, anime, and especially video games. I would say that my biggest inspirations would be names like Mark Hamill, Kevin Conroy, Keith David, Kevin Michael Richardson, Phil Lamar, Tara Strong, and Tom Kenny. If you find yourself in need of a smooth, deep, young adult sound, you've come to the right place. Whether you need a proper, informative narrator, a cold and ruthless villain, a brave commander rallying his troops, or someone to really drive home the new features of that new sports car, I aim exceed expectations.
