My past experience is working in call centers. I have worked in call centers for Verizon (formerly GTE), Disney and Chase. As you can see with the variety of professional positions I have been in, I was able to adapt to each position as needed. I have 13 years experience in using my voice. I have always been told by management I have an excellent voice and tone and sound very professional.
Honestly, I do not have any training in this area, other than my employment history, however, I feel this is something I should have been doing all along. I have been told by many that hear me that I have an awesome voice and should do voice-over work.
I have a very enthusiastic attitude and would love to be doing what I am best at. My ideal work would be to do something that allows me to enjoy what I am doing, that can benefit others, or enhance their business or get them some type of recognition they deserve. I'd love to do something that I look forward to each day.
