Kiara Shackelford

I went to Columbia College in Chicago Illinois and graduated in 2008 with a BA in Vocal Jazz Performance and Music Business. I did voice over work for Columbia College under the direction of Steve Hadley for our school orientation entitled "Imagine". I took courses in commercial acting at Act One Studios in Chicago. I performed as a back up singer for Sir Nose of Parliament- Funkadelic and Brothers Johnson at the Chicago African fest in 2003. I also performed for Bootsy Collins of Parliament -Funkadelic when I was in Columbia College R& B ensemble. I performed and sung in the theater production " Shades of my Black" at Malcolm X College in Chicago. I currently sing and gig around the City of Chicago.
