Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Keona Hogan is a multidisciplinary artist, health and wellness coach, and creative entrepreneur. She educates low-income communities about conscious consumption and ways to incorporate wellness practices into their daily lives by revisiting the past. She has been a professional in the culinary and hospitality field for over 9 years and is most known for her love of wellness, sustainability, and indigenous culture, as well as her ability to encourage optimism and positivity in others. She has also been studying and practicing dance, theatrical arts, and music since her adolescence. Keona has been featured in many national publications as well as local news stations and magazines. She was featured on 9 episodes of Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen, where she was able to showcase her talent and approach to food on a global level. As a single mother of two and a founder of multiple brands, Keona has been able to build a legacy rooted in faith, culture and community, that will be carried on for many generations to come.
