About Kevin
For narrations, I offer a colorful tone with strong sense of details. I can tell stories very well without forcing.
For commercials, I offer a very electric power that gets people excited about the product. Additionally, a good character I can also play is the skateboarder "gnarly" type of teenage kid; usually associated with "stoner" type of roles. Conversely, I've been told in acting classes that I play the young nerd very well, too!
I have a lot to offer and have tremendous acting experience in both film and stage. My reel and resume are available at my webite, where you can especially see the promo I did for the 8th season of Weeds on Showtime, where I played the pizza delivery dude.

- Experience, training, and equipmentMy main voice over experience comes from Theatre and Film. I have done character voices for abstract pieces of theatre both in College and through a theatre company in NYC called "Hard Sparks". With film, I have worked on some PSAs for Greenpeace and some local park district videos back home near Chicago. BFA in Acting at Millikin University 4-Week V/O class with David Morris (Telsey+Co) 3-Week TV class with Jessica Daniels (30 Rock; NBC) 2-Week TV class with Julie Schubert (Boardwalk Empire; HBO) 3 Years of classical voice training with Terry Stone (Millikin) 1 Year of singing training with Mike Hadary (NYC; MFA Grad from NYU) I own a 16-track Fostex VF160 I also own an electric guitar and keyboard to plug in directly for my own music to add, if necessary. If necessary, I have an XLR-USB adaptor to plug in the microphone directly to my macbook. -I am a huge guitar player and musician. I record and write my own music and understand music theory very well. -I have been skateboarding and a part of the industry since 1996 -I am an excellent swimmer and did swim team when I was younger for 5 consecutive years -I have a passion for playing basketball -I currently bartend for the Shubert Broadway Theatres. It's a skill that I have gotten very good at, especially when it comes to satisfying customers with helping them decide on a tasty drink. I even bartended the House Manager of the Ambassador Theater's private Christmas party because he liked how I handled myself with the theatre patrons (Ambassador Theater is where Chicago plays).
