MY BACKGROUND A little history so you know how my voice work has evolved and how you can benefit from hiring me for your projects: I began my creative work as the in-house producer for Philips Consumer Electronics in Atlanta, developing everything from corporate training videos to point-of-purchase pieces to immersive arena installations and national ad campaigns. I convinced the company to let me build an in-house, post-production facility with two Avid rooms and an audio room. Hiring a cast of local freelance creatives, we pumped out tons of high-end work at a budget and saved Philips millions (literally) over the course of three years. I also worked as a broadcast producer for JWT Team Detroit on the Ford account, writing and producing award-winning TV and radio spots. Other work has included animated videos for children and large-scale, global leadership events. How does this benefit you? Through all of this work I have had experience on one side or the other of the vocal booth glass. I understand the producer's mindset, so I know how to be a malleable and directable talent. I have voiced a variety of my own work, since numerous projects I produced had minimal budget. Along the way, many of my creative peers encouraged me to consider serious V.O. work, because my voice is different, genuine, natural...and I can read copy extremely well with a variety of desired emotion. So, I'm sharing my voice skills and offering my experience and hard work to you. From tags to audiobooks and everything in between, I voice fresh, genuine work with the goal of making your productions stellar.
