I have been a radio presenter here in the Canaries for the past ten years, and am at present with Power FM.()
I also have a full page column in a local paper "The Paper" (")and have been writing features for almost sixteen years on a myriad of subjects.
During the evenings I still perform my own comedy show and have won Top Comedy Award for the past two years in the annual Tenerife Entertainment Awards.
I hold a Teacher Training Certificate, and a BA degree from the Open University.
I thought that my career would be short as a girl singer, and wanted to have another string to my bow, but having taught in school during the day for three years, my career showed no signs of abating, and I left teaching and gradually turned to comedy, which has been a wonderful choice.
Writing for The Paper has also been wonderful and I have every intention of continuing my radio show, live shows, and writing, as they are such a joy.

In my home I have a fully equipped digital studio. I like to use Adobe Audition for recording and editing, and upload work via various sites, including Screencast and FileZilla Client, but am happy to use any system a client should ask for.
When I left School I became a nurse, but then a singing career took off and I left to turn professional.
As I stated above, I wanted to make sure I would always have a career and went to Mature College for teaching, but after three years, when my chosen career showed no sign of waning, I went back to what I do best, entertaining.
The radio and the paper are off-shoots from this so I consider myself to be very lucky.
