About Karim
I'm a versatile Voice and on camera actor since 2009 with experience providing voices for video games, apps, commercials, radio promos, and narration. My versatility allows me to give a clear, concise read for medical or technical narrations, all the way to a goofy cartoon character in a children's project. On camera, you may be able to spot me in the background of an HBO pilot, starring in an independent film, or as shooter #2 in a crime re-enactment on the world wide web.
As a writer I'm currently working on a children's book, movie scripts, novels, and with my team on self-publishing comic books.
When I'm not doing these things, I'm providing the soundscape for some unforgettable wedding receptions, proms, private parties, and corporate events as a Mobile DJ. Also in my spare time I volunteer as a basketball coach for some of the top female prep players in the state of Maryland.
I'm equipped with a home studio for fast turnaround times. Skype ready if you'd like to call in and direct! 1 of my major strengths is the ability to give a director the exact take he or she asks for, the way they ask for it.

I have recorded spots and radio tags for various users of RadioDaddy. As a mobile DJ, my mic presense has kept attendees of my events engaged for several years. I have voiced spots for the Maryland Transit Authority for their Baltimore Ravens/Lightrail campaign. I have provided voiceover services for game apps and voiced PC game characters as well. Outside of the booth, I have served as a Public Address Announcer for the Maryland Greenhawks of the Premier Basketball League. Communications major at Saint Augustine's College, Raleigh, North Carolina (no degree) Graduate of the Broadcasting Institute of Maryland. Completed Susan Berkley's Voiceover Bootcamp, New York, New York. Completed Edge Studio's Voice over Training Program, Kensington, Maryland. Samson C01-U condenser mic MacBook Pro Mac OS X 4GB Audacity recording/editing software I also act on camera and I am a DJ. Thanks to my education at the Broadcasting Institute of Maryland, I can write commercials as well as voice them. My sales training will also be an advantage for me in this field.
