I have no experience with voiceovers. As a teenager I had taken several public speaking courses and theater as well.
The advisor of our A/V department heard me deliver a speech and specially invited me to audition for the much coveted opportunity to be one of 4 school news anchors. This position I held for 3 years. This was the beginning of the discovery of my voice.
I spend a siginicant amount of time speaking and am often asked to be the "voice" of something or another. Although I don't have any specific training, I been studying the voice and language for over 15 years. Through theater, independant study, A/V classes in school, and public speaking and communication courses; I have been able to use my voice in a variety of different ways.
I believe my voice would be the perfect medium to tell a story, to narrate , for voicemail greetings, for audio instructions and for radio voices.
