Fantastic voice, great acting, and great responses to direction. Joy was a real pleasure to work with, and she really brought the character to life. Wonderful performer!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Joy on the opening video package for our virtual "To Be: 4/23" event. She was incredibly responsive and communicative. Her thoughtful and poetic delivery made our project a huge success!
Such gorgeous use of language... Can’t wait to work for Chicago Shakes again and again!

Joy is (no joke) a joy to work with. Authoritative yet friendly. Her voice has a beautifully rich timbre and was perfect for our spot. I look forward to working with Joy again.
What a pleasure! If you have an opportunity to work with Kevin and his team, do it. Trust me...you won't be disappointed!

About Joy

I am a professional voice actor, actor, theatre director and writer. I have voiced things as different as the Disney Hall of Presidents (2017) and the US Capitol Building Orientation Film to College of Charleston promos for different departments/Schools. I love doing character voices, voicing historical pieces, museum and visitor center copy, and audiobooks. I have access to two very good studios here in town and work fast and efficiently. I edit, write copy, and look forward to working within as many genres as possible. Rates are always negotiable.
