My voice is powerful, educated, dramatic, confident, charming, inspiring, clear, knowledgeable, heartfelt, and emotive.
I have had the pleasure of portraying a wide variety of characters and I have directed several major stage productions, so I truly understand the needs of a production staff. Acting has always been a passion of mine and embodying a character or performing a script to convey a new, fun, or important messages is something the I find invaluable to our world.
As a trained VO actor with access to a professional vocal booth, I can send you high quality recordings in a timely fashion. Your project is important to me.
My public speaking activities at college campuses and sports events have prepared me for proper communication in corporate and industrial settings. Also, while working as an assistant Pastor in the Christian church, I have been able to work with children, which has shown me how to convey critical information simply and how to embody a character. This makes me ideal for all varieties of copy, including complex language and difficult verbiage.
I enjoy traveling, sports, exploring the world, and outdoor adventures. I also have a great love for fantasy stories, such as LOTR (Lord of the Rings), video games, board games (such as DND or Dungeons and Dragons), Doctor Who, Disney, anime, and cartoons. I have a fun-loving nature, which is well suited for character voices and creating believable personas.

- Experience, training, and equipmentI have worked on many voice-over projects for a variety of different directors. This has given me the opportunity to learn how to meet (and exceed) expectations in the ever-changing environment of the studio. My main source of training comes from studying under voice-over coach Brian S. Atwood (www.briansatwood.com) for over 4 years. His classical understanding of the craft and creative application of ideas to each project has greatly shaped my ability to give a real and dynamic delivery to each new script. I am also uniquely trained with a degree in Biblical Studies. Because of this, I know how to speak clearly and precisely about a variety of topics, ranging from fun and hopeful messages to serious and difficult ones. I also understand that the heart of the message and how it is conveyed is just as important as the words that are used. I have also been a member of an improv comedy group, which has given me the skills to be flexible, generate my own solutions to problems that may arise, and have a good time while doing it!
