Jordan Beck is an award-winning filmmaker and SAG-eligible voice actor located in Georgia, USA. He has been actively working as a professional entertainer since 2006. Jordan is not typically in the habit of referring to himself in the third person.
He is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area but spent the majority of his youth being raised by a pack of feral artists in rural southwest Georgia, graduating with honors from the University of Georgia (B.A. Film Studies, 2005) at age 19 before embarking on a career as an independent filmmaker, performer, and gentleman adventurer.
Never one to pick an actual lane, Jordan has been an integral contributor to the Columbus, Georgia arts and entertainment scene for nearly two decades. He is currently the director of development for the Springer Opera House, Georgia's historic state theatre, and is one of the founding partners of Uptown Sound Group, an audio production co-op serving Georgia’s second-largest market.
In 2018, Jordan co-produced, co-directed, and co-starred alongside Helena Bonham Carter, Gérard Depardieu, and Logan Lerman in the critically-acclaimed CG feature SGT. STUBBY. His Swiss Army Knife production duties included the direction of all 2D/motion graphic sequences and U.S. voiceover performances, including his own principal character of "Olsen" and several background roles.
Other recent highlights include heading content development + distribution and audio production for Emmy-nominated animation studio Hero4Hire Creative, providing sound design and VO direction for PBS Kids, Sesame Street, CBS Sports, Sallie Mae, and Hasbro.
On the stage and in the studio, he has extensively toured and recorded with a variety of rock, punk, jazz, and country acts. Beyond his work in the entertainment industry, he is a Public Affairs Officer in the Georgia Army National Guard.
