About John
After graduating from broadcasting school I obtained my first radio job as news director of WDLC Radio in Port Jervis , New York, where I broadcast the news daily. From there I was offered a job at KTIV Television, an NBC affiliate, in Sioux City Iowa as a weatherman announcer. I did the 6 PM and 10 PM weather shows daily, including several commercials in each show. During the day I did voice over commercials and station ID's. Next I was offered a job at WALK Radio in Patchogue New York as an in the field reporter and studio newscaster. Ultimately I moved into sales for the network as the pay was significantly higher which enabled me to support my growing family.
Now as a permanent resident of Florida with my wife and children I write religious books having published two and planning on a third. But the broadcasting part of my life keeps calling me back to the microphone and so I intend to reactivate my God given talent and enter the profession once again.
