My appreciation of music pushed me in the direction of broadcasting and radio. Acquiring my FCC broadcaster's license through a local high school-affiliated program, I served as a regular on-air personality for WXBA (88.1, Long Island) for several years during the early to mid-90's.
In 1999 I became the jack-of-all-trades Business Manager for Girlie Action Media, an independent NYC PR firm for the music industry. One of my tasks was to oversee the phone/voicemail system. As a result I became the "Voice of Girlie Action" and my employers regularly received positive feedback on my recordings for the voicemail system...
