I've done a lot of public speaking and teaching. People find me quite engaging and want to listen to what I have to say. I tend to add humor to my talks which seems to engage and relax my audience.
I've performed in live theater, including productions of Stagedoor, Our Town, Romeo and Juliet, and Fiddler on the Roof.
I've narrated several industrials.
I've been studying extensively with Voicetrax in Sausalito, CA for the past four years. Prior to that, I trained with the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, CA.
As I said, my earlier life path included training as an Emergency Physician, hence, I've got both my right brain and left brain juices flowing!
I have a home sound studio, and the software I use is Garageband.
My skill as a physician lends beautifully to biomed/biotech voiceover because I add a passion and ease that is difficult for many talents.
I am also a writer. The characters I create when writing are reflected in the characters I create for voiceover.
