Over 20 Years as a professional voice talent.
I am also a 20 plus year broadcast professional. I've worked as an air talent in just about every format.
These days I split my time evenly between commercial voice over and voice imaging for radio stations.
If you live in the US- chances are you already have heard my voice. I am an international talent and can be heard in 8 different countries and three different languages.
I have extensive experience in radio imaging, retail commercials and industrial narrations.
Recently I have enjoyed mentoring young voice over talents and helping them launch their own careers into this exciting and competitive field.
I've have received coaching by an exceptional and well known voice over coach. I've also enjoyed being mentored by some of the biggest voice talents in the industry.
I was a broadcasting major in college, trained in drama, and I was also operatically trained. I don't sing much anymore, but there are some singing principles that apply to voice over.
This may sound strange, but I am a big believer in 'practice'. I use some of my musical background to warm up my voice and then- I practice. I have found new styles and delivery methods by simply practicing.
I believe that every producer has input that will help a voice talent improve. I'm proud to have worked with some excellent producers.
Adobe Audition, MoTu Sound Card, Symetrix Voice Processor, Neumann TLM 103 & Rode Microphones. My studio provides an exceptional sound without over processing my voice.
The finest professional compliment I have ever received: "You know what sounds good AND you know how to make it that way."
