I am currently working with the UCLA Head and Neck Surgery Department, where I have been employed for two years. I book all surgeries for three ENT surgeons, and act as the patient service representative. This job has taught me the importance of meeting deadlines, and making sure to be as detailed as possible in my work. I am passionate about any job I take on, and make sure I learn all aspects of it. I am very eager to learn all that I can about this new field.
