About Jerry
“Not just a voice, Jerry is a true professional voice actor” is how I have been described. An engaging “just tell me” non-announcer approach to commercial reads that puts the listener into the conversation in a comfortable, relatable and compelling way. My passion is creating fun Characters and distinctive Animation voices – been doing that since I was a kid. “Voices to make you smile, laugh, learn, sigh and make you think” is how one great client described my work. Because I love doing it, it’s not really work.
With a wide experienced range of reads, I have voiced many technically-oriented industrials, online instruction, stage-level production and product introductions. And, doing my homework to deliver on a project for you makes a difference. Plus, I’m told I have the right temperament -- easy to work with, very directable with a sense of humor and an emphasis on “getting it right without all the re-takes.”
Creating voice approaches for clients like USAA, Winn-Dixie Supermarkets, Diamond Shamrock, International Bank of Commerce, Merck Human Health, Area Honda Dealers, State Farm Work Safety, San Antonio Water System, Siemens, EarthWerks Flooring, Volvo Construction Equipment and the proverbial many more, is very rewarding.
