I've done several radio commericals, video narrations and on-hold messages. I'm also in my eighth season as the public address announcer for a professional sports team in Sacramento, in additional to similar work I do for CSU, Sacramento. I am a versatile personality who offers a professional delivery, years of experience and creative and operates well under tight deadlines and pressure.
I have a BA degree in Journalism (Radio-TV News) from California State University, Fresno. After graduation in 1994, I went to work as a writer/reporter/anchor at an FM news station. I eventually made the transition to a morning show co-host which took me to a Top 10 Market (Houston) and eventually I transitioned back into news (radio and tv). During my years in radio I wrote, produce and voiced my own commericals (live and pre-recorded). I've also spent the past 8 seasons as an announcer for the WNBA and 4 seasons with CSU, Sacramento. In 2007, I started to venture out into video narration.
At home I have access to Cool Edit Pro 2.0 and a mic. However, I am happy to travel to a studio to voice work for you.
In addition to my schooling and eleven years in radio, I am a spokesperson for a state agency, and creative writer.
