About Jennifer
Hi! I am first generation American. My family is from Colombia. I am proficient and fluent in Spanish. I studied vocal techniques and was in choir for many years. I can sing, read music and dance. I studied communications in college, where my focus was public speaking and presentation. I captivate an audience with my positivity and energetic personality. I am currently a consultant for Wells Fargo and previously led the San Antonio call center of 350+ employees. I lead, consult and collaborate initiatives in a team environment. In addition, I record IVR messages, as business needs. At the height of the pandemic Wells Fargo was in need of quickly updating IVR messages for our customers. I was able to help record English and Spanish scripts to ensure our customers were kept informed of business updates in a timely manner. I recently joined the Learning Ally Volunteer Community. I will be a storytelling narrator. I will soon begin recording audiobooks for children. For me, when things get tough, the tough get fun...music makes everything better! Lastly, I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, learning new cultures and customs. I love learning about our cultural differences and embracing the similarities we all share.
