Jehnean Washington is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy of NYC. Jehnean has worked professionally for over 30 years in the entertainment industry and has directed, written and performed with the legendary American Indian Theater Company aand Native Voices at theAutry in Los Angeles. She has a wide range of vocal skills and sounds. She is also a gifted voice over artist, storyteller and actress with over 30 years experience in the entertainment industry. Her musical creations, vocal styling and expression sends her audiences on a journey that is awakening, enlightening and moving on levels unimaginable until experienced. She sings opera and many different styles of music and specializes also in tribal dilects and music from her Indigenous American ancestry. She is a a member of SAG/AFTRA and recognized and archived actress, voice over artist, singer, songwriter, musician and storyteller with the Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C. She can be heard featured on the Grammy nominated album Song of America produced by Sony Music and the Nammy award winning album SIIB. She wrote, performed and produced the Native American rock anthem “Fly With You” and the international Greeting Song. Her voiceover work and original songs/ recordings can be found on Spotify and Youtube and various digital and music outlets.
