I have been doing general voice and on-camera work for over 10 years. Currently, the majority of my work consists of how-to assembly instruction VO for a major supplier of on-line video in this arena.
I also do live interview work for a number of clients and am the voice of FileMaker Pro, the database company owned by Apple.
What I enjoy doing most is voice acting and character work for both long and short form projects. I have played roles as diverse as a harried consumer dodging the bill collectors to a MMORPG IT geek searching for a professional speaker on the"google net."
Bring on old time radio, situational settings kind of work. Let's put the listener in the scene, make them pay attention and dare them to turn it off. That's the kind of project I live for.
3 years as a Disk Jockey, 4 years doing on-camera hosting for live TV, many years of commercial, industrial, broadcast, and web based VO work.
My booth is loaded for bear with a variety of mics including Shure, Sony, Sennheiser, and Blue… whatever tool fits the job.
I edit my VO on Pro Tools with a modest collection of VO specific plug-ins. I don't mind delivering "raw" if you like to do the tweakin' yourself.
I can "phone patch" you into the session so you'll get exactly what you need and send the selects to you in virtually any file format.
I am well-read and well-versed in a wide variety of subjects. I am a stickler for correct pronunciation!
