Jay is an Australian voiceover artist active since 2022. She is a versitile artist specialising in character work, audiobooks, e-learning and corporate roles. Her academic background allows Jay to tackle challenging scripts with calm confidence and fluency. This includes complex medical and scientific terminology and foreign langauge content (particularly Spanish, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, Finnish, Swedish, French and Swedish). Jay also draws on her experience in improv theatre and a career in writing to assist with script development where needed. She has trained at NIDA and with legendary voice coach Juliet Jordan, and prides herself on both interpretation of scripts and her responsiveness to direction. While Jay prefers to record remotely from a professional studio, she can record in Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne with notice depending on the project.
