As a legally blind voice over artist, my process is a bit different from most. I think one of the major differences is that I don’t read while actively recording, performing largely from memorizing some or all of the reading. This allows me the focus on the tone, energy, and emotion of the performance, turning a setback into a useful tool.
Growing up from San Diego to St. Louis, attending Marquette Universuty in Milwaukee, and now based in Florida, I have experienced people, places, and things from a broad perspective. This applies to my career experience as well, canvassing medical/wellness, entertainment, songwriting, and IT/Graphic Design.
Combined, the experiences, knowledge, and tools acquired over the years aid me in many aspects of voice over, including analyzing scripts, improvisation, character interpretation, technical application, and much more.
