Oral communication and character voices are talents that I have possessed since I was a child. In both elementary and high school, I was very involved in drama and was often given starring roles in school productions. An avid reader, I have always enjoyed reading to people, and I have been told on numerous occasions that I have a gift for interpreting the characters in any given story. At the age of 17, I began a career as a Christian recording artist... My communication skills developed considerably as I became more in tune with my various audiences in various parts of the U.S. and other countries. As the host of my own radio show, I currently record promotional spots on a regular basis. Additionally, my natural Southern accent recently came in handy when I was hired to be the voice for a Web presentation for extreme couponers on http://powercouponing.com/. I was born blind, and I feel that this "disability has been a blessing in many ways, not the least being that I am able to tune in to any script and become a part of it. In 2010, I was blessed to be a student of Joe Loesch, a voice coach in the Nashville area with massive amounts of experience in the voice-over industry... I look forward to taking more of his classes in the future! Additionally, I obtained a Bachelor Of Commercial Music degree from Belmont University... A huge part of my courseload entailed learning to make any concert an enjoyable experience, and of course, oral communication was a HUGE part of that.

Currently, my office is also my studio. I use Blue Snowball USb microphone with either the GoldWave sound editor or Audacity to create my voice tracks. Occasionally, I also use broadcasting software known as Station Playlist Studio for this purpose. My computer is an HP desktop equipped with a nearly-silent fan and processor, which allows me to create excellent audio in both mono and stereo formats.
