Ian Bellion has worked in broadcasting for well over 30 years. He's appeared on both sides of the microphone and camera in an enormous range of programmes and has been heard on landmark shows like The Clothes Show, Countryfile and Tracks.
He narrated three series of "Mind Your Own Business" for BBC1, the Maverick TV documentary "Director's Debut" and the introductory video to the TNT annual conference. He voiced the latest national TV ads for Bassetts Soft n' Chewy Multivitamins.
Ian also recorded links for BBC's "Gardeners World Live" and is a feature voice on a major international computer game. Recently completed: Narration for historical exhibitions in Boston, Massachusetts. Radio adverts for American Express and VIVA SMS. National adverts for a leading US brand of iced tea, Narration for documentaries on CNN International and character voices for a UK theme park chain as well as the diary voice of a troubled artist for US theatrical and web use. Animation voices for NHS info-mations in the UK and for major games manufacturers in the USA. Recently completed no less than 50 e-learning courses for The Knowledge Academy. Currently to be heard introducing "The Alan Titchmarsh Show" on ITV. Character voice for BBC TV's "Doctors". Early voice training at the Whittaker-Lumsden School was followed by theatre work - Ian ran a touring theatre company for 25 years. He also worked regularly for a major national broadcaster for a total period of 32 years - ample time to learn the tricks of the trade.
