For my work, standard contracts drafted by Voice 123 will take precedence over any specs listed by casting directors in casting breakdowns. All contracts requesting in-perpetuity (especially if they are broadcast) are subject to further discussion and negotiation if deemed necessary by the talent. Please streamline this process by clarifying all usage details thoroughly in your offer.
Any projects requesting a recording or live meeting within 12 hours of a sent offer may be subject to a rush charge of $125, not including Voice 123 fees.
Full re-reads are not normally included in revision requests and may be subject to an extra charge. If you anticipate requesting a full re-read, please instead request an initial live recording session in your offer.
Included revision requests usually include two rounds of up to two sentences, and are valid for up to two weeks after the initial recording is sent. Revision requests sent within one week of receiving the initial audio files are strongly preferred. Any later revision requests may be charged extra.
AI: Whenever AI may be used in relation to Heidi's voice, riders are required. In general, Heidi does not allow any voice synthesis through Artificial Intelligence or anything similar; editing of her recorded voice to say anything other than the mutually agreed upon original shared script for each project, and/or the distribution of her voice outside of the mutually agreed upon parameters, without written consent through contracts including fair, mutually agreed upon compensation.
