About Hayli
(she/her)If I have a special power, without a doubt it is “empathy.” It comes out on top of any strengths test I’ve ever taken. It is the foundation of my work and the skill that helps me understand your vision and give it a voice.
For as long as I can remember, I have loved telling stories and I’ve excelled at bringing words to life. What began in childhood as improvised plays in my family’s living room, grew to a pursuit in classical theatre at the university level, professional acting on stages across the US and internationally, and now to the boundless four walls of a sound booth.
In my career I’ve had the advantage of theatrical training, the benefit of experience in the financial world, the gift of education in the cross-section of theology and art, and the pleasure of being a doting mother of two young kids. All of these valuable experiences contribute to and shape the work I do when I show up in the studio.
My voice has been described as warm, inviting, upbeat, empathetic, relatable, anchored, smooth, conversational, thoughtful, and kind. Think of me as the trustworthy, confident, friendly boss… the fun, caring, gentle mom…. the energetic and authentic best friend.
