I love being creative. I've always had a passion for entertaining. As a child, I was part of youth improve group. In High school, I was enrolled in a story telling class through my high school experience and learned to speak, act and perform in front of an audience. It was most fun to hear the audience react and be enthralled! I had also taken a media production class where I learned to produce videos and to be a skilled interviewer and presenter. With the improve, story telling and media classes, I discovered a fun and exciting career that brings joy not only to me, but to others.
And so, after high school, I took cinema and acting classes in college. This is where I discovered voice over after taking a voice over class. Paired with an acting class, I found that not only acting on stage/camera is a joy to me, but also acting behind a mic! In film school, I learned photography and cinematography/videography, which I had a nack for. I also learned production sound and post production sound, so I had a head start on the technical, audio aspects of voice over recording.
Sometime later, my father told me a band mate of his knew someone who was a voice over coach. After getting her contact information and booked my first lesson with her, I met my coach and four years later, she help give me the tools to be a skilled voice over talent. And here I stand today. From a young boy with a creative mind, to a young man with a vision fueled by fiery passion!
My voice can be described as conversational, guy next door, tone that is happy, upbeat, calming, reassuring, genuine and relatable. Also, corporate, professional, customer service, authoritative, soothing, like a brother, sincere, friendly, engaging, encouraging, confident, motivational, inspirational, serious, working man, regular guy, cool guy, blue collar, strong, tough guy, wise, intellectual and educational.

- Experience, training, and equipmentI have 4 Years of studying and coaching. My equipment is currently a macbook pro laptop running Audacity. Mics in my collection are my primary microphone which is a Rode NT-1 large diaphragm condenser Mic, followed by my Rode NTG-2 shotgun mic, and a Shure SM7b Dynamic Mic, all connected through a DBX 286s Mic Preamp and Processor to a Scarlett Solo interface. I used the equipment listed in my home studio for the demo on my profile!
