Guy Weston has been doing voice over work on radio and television commercials for years, providing image announcing and character voices for literally thousands of local, regional, and national advertisers all over the United States and even a few in Great Britain and Australia.
He has created voices for cartoon characters and interactive computer games, has provided narrations for programs broadcast on cable television's Discovery Channel Networks, voiced national TV and radio promos for PBS, and he can be heard at several historical sites and landmarks around the U.S., voicing recorded interpretive material -- from the voice of an old-time Texas Ranger (the type that carried a six-gun, not a baseball) to the voice of British General Cornwallis sadly surrendering to George Washington at Historic Yorktown in Virginia.
He earned a degree in Communications Arts at James Madison University in Virginia, but has been playing it pretty much by ear ever since.
Specialties: Colorful character voices, story telling narrations.
